You will learn how to identify unmet customer needs, and how run quick, low cost experiments that de-risk your next project. You will experience a full design sprint from idea to prototype. Learning by action will equip you to apply this approach within your organisation.

Who is leading this course?

The lead instructor is Dr Johnny Ryan, CEO of He was previously Executive Director of The Innovation Academy at UCD. Before that he was the Chief Innovation Officer of The Irish Times.

He was an associate on the emerging digital environment at the Judge Business School of the University of Cambridge from 2011-14. His most recent book is on the reading list at Harvard and Stanford. Follow him on Twitter at @johnnyryan.
